Catering Policies


Booking Arrangements and Guarantees

Please book your catering event 7 days prior to the event.  Please make all final arrangements at least 3 business days prior to your event. This final guest count will be your guaranteed number used for billing.

  2. The catering staff at St. Peters is here to assist you with all of your catering needs. Please get a quote from us before contacting any outside caterer.
  3. Our normal hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Caterings which occur outside of those hours will need special arrangements.
  4. Special themes and/or custom decorations are available with prior arrangements. An additional cost may be applied.
  5. Buffet table linen is provided at no cost. To order additional linen, please contact the catering department.
